Exhibition Rates and Registration

The HCI International Conference is an ideal opportunity to exhibit your products and services to an international audience of about 2,000 researchers, academics, professionals and users in the field of HCI.

The Exhibition area will be configured to facilitate continuous interaction between exhibitors and conference participants. Two coffee breaks will also be served daily in this area.

The price of a standard booth includes: 8' high back wall and 3' high side drape 7" x 44" one-line ID sign floor carpet All Exhibitors, will be also entitled to the following: 2 free passes to the Conference Exhibition. 1 complimentary Conference registration (NOT valid for presenting a paper). Will be listed (name, logo and short description) on the Conference Website and a link to their websites will be provided. Will be listed (name and link to their web site) in the HCI International Newsletter widely distributed through our mailing list in more than 22,000 members around the world. Those who commit to exhibit by 1 May 2013 will be listed in the Conference Final Program.

Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellations received in writing by 1 February 2013 will be fully refunded, less 10% which will be deducted for administrative expenses. One-half of the registration will be refunded for cancellations received in writing between 2 February and 1 May 2013. No refunds will be made from 2 May 2013 onwards.
